Humans wishing for immortality.

A dancer longing for the intellect of the former.
An intellectuals sense of humour,
A humorist's analogy of intellectuality.
A comic who desires to be taken seriously,
The serious waiting to smile.
An actors take on reality,
A commoners dream of celluloid.
A bed of roses for a hard-worker,
Herculean effort for a lotus eater.
A holiday for a student,
Desire to read for an illiterate.
Paucity of time in dying moments,
Abundance of time spent in lassitude.
The thinking that makes one contrast and suffer in thoughts, compare and toil, not realising that the other side of the coin that you have not, is what is the life bestowed upon you, orchestrated by the creator to balance the desires, while the haves and the have nots in thought come together in this melancholy of life.
